We are currently seeking a skilled Tire & Battery Technician to join our team and assist in providing exceptional care for our members' vehicles. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing tires and batteries, ensuring the safety and reliability of our members' vehicles. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for providing top-notch service.   1. Perform tire and battery services such as installations, rotations, repairs, and replacements with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Utilize technical knowledge and skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with tires and batteries.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols and regulations.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with questions and concerns regarding their tires and batteries.
  5. Ensure the timely completion of all service requests and maintain a high level of productivity.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in tire and battery technology.
  7. Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and procedures for the automotive department.
  8. Keep accurate records of all services performed and inventory levels.
  9. Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  10. Continuously work to improve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  11. Assist with other duties and tasks within the automotive department, as needed.
