Requirements

  • Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and customer service roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and social media management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues.
