Develop and implement learning programs and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and create solutions to address them.
Design and deliver training materials and resources to support employee development.

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of learning initiatives.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Manage the learning budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Oversee the learning management system and ensure all training materials are up to date and easily accessible.
Partner with external vendors and consultants to provide specialized learning opportunities.

Foster a positive learning culture throughout the organization by promoting continuous learning and development.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for learning initiatives.
