Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Interaction:
Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer queries through phone calls, emails, or chat. Provide information regarding products, services, and solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, concerns, or service issues professionally and efficiently, offering effective solutions or directing issues to the appropriate department.
Follow-ups: Ensure proper follow-up on unresolved issues or requests, maintaining clear communication with customers until their concerns are fully addressed.


Administrative and Data Entry Tasks:


Data Management: Perform data entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of information into systems, databases, or spreadsheets.

Documentation: Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, or presentations. Ensure all records are accurately filed and easily accessible when needed.

Communication and Coordination:

Skills and Qualifications:
