As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering excellent service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, account updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Continuously learn about company products and policies to provide exceptional service.
