Appointment Setters:

The foundation of the solar industry in the united states depends on finding qualified homeowners and identifying new customers. We are currently looking for passionate, articulate, self-motivated people who care about the environment to join our team as Marketing Representatives.

Our Appointment Setters, or Lead Aquisition Specialists, are 100% commission-based contractors who bring in new business by finding new customers, and scheduling them for solar appointments through a variety of sales and marketing tactics with a primary focus on door-to-door. Duties and Responsibilities:

 

· Generate a minimum of 2-4 qualified appointments per day.

· Remain knowledgeable about industry trends and company products, and educate customers about the potential benefits of solar.

· Accurately maintain records on homeowner prospect’s information.

· Operate and advocate Powerfull Solar’s core values, decisions, and policies.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

 

· No experience required

· Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.

· Assertive, confident, and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to make decisions with openness and fairness.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Analytical ability with an attention to detail.

· Ability to remain flexible with company changes

· Willingness to be mentored

· Ability to represent Powerfull Solar with professionalism and expertise

· Ability to meet lead generation goals on a weekly basis

· Excellent sales and marketing skills with proven lead generation tactics. (preferred)

Required Education and Experience

· Must be authorized to work in the United States.

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Must possess a valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Basic computer skills required.

· Previous canvassing or sales experience with a powerful performance record preferred.

· Knowledge of solar industry preferred.

· Ability to speak a second language preferred.

Pay: Up to $154,800.00 per year
