- Receive and process customer orders efficiently and courteously via telephone
- Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after training
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
- Operate the phone system effectively and enter orders manually when required
