Job Description

As a WFM Amazon Customer Support Associate, you will be the frontline hero in delivering exceptional customer service experiences. Your role involves engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their overall shopping experience.
