Job Type: Part-Time

Within the confines of an Amazon fulfillment center, your main task is to handle and assess customer returns. By carefully evaluating the condition of returned merchandise, you are instrumental in preserving customer faith in the company. These part-time roles come with a consistent weekly schedule of 25-35 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review the condition of the items that have been returned by customers.
  • Assess the potential for reselling items that have been returned.
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Sustain a commitment to being precise and detail-oriented.

Qualifications:

  • Having a GED or a similar certification is mandatory.
  • Capacity to lift and transfer objects that weigh a maximum of 50 pounds.
  • Exceptional concentration on specific elements.
  • Competence to operate effectively in a rapid-paced work atmosphere.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Warehouse background is an advantage.
