Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Educator to join our team at Bethesda Health.
About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong background in nursing, education, and leadership. As a Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing orientation programs for new employees, as well as providing ongoing education and training to staff members.

You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to promote teamwork and quality care, and will be responsible for ensuring that all staff members receive the necessary training to provide high-quality patient care.


Responsibilities


• Develop and implement corporate-approved orientation programs for new employees
• Provide ongoing education and training to staff members
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to promote teamwork and quality care
• Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain documentation of infection prevention and control program activities


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of recent clinical nursing experience
• Current RN license in Missouri and Illinois
• CPR/AED certification required or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment
• Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule to meet productivity standards
