Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our catering division's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in casual dining environments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Sales and Catering Manager will be responsible for securing new catering business and ensuring that all catering events run smoothly, from planning through execution.

Responsibilities
• Grow the existing book of catering business
• Maintain excellent client relationships.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Plan and coordinate catering events, including menu selection and logistics.
• Manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Oversee inventory control to maintain adequate stock levels of food and supplies.
• Train and supervise catering staff to ensure adherence to standards of hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and during events.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for catering operations.
• Develop relationships with vendors for sourcing quality ingredients.

Skills
• Background in hospitality/restaurant management.
• Proficient in inventory control processes and techniques.
• Deep understanding of food service operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills to help guide and motivate the catering team.
