Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized therapy sessions (individual, family, and group) through telehealth.

  • Collaborate effectively with fellow therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in regular supervision meetings and team discussions to enhance service delivery.
  • Uphold all ethical, legal, and professional standards in practice.

Required Skills
  • Current licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Strong skills in clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions.
  • Experience with diverse populations and a broad spectrum of mental health challenges.
  • Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining collaboration within a remote team.
