Key Responsibilities & Duties


Outstanding Customer Support
Respond promptly to inquiries across email, chat, and phone with a caring, professional tone.


Manage transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services based on client needs.
Promote Travel Packages
Use promotional materials and strategies to market tours, itineraries, and deals.


Highlight special offers and discounts to boost customer value.
Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues
Identify, address, and solve customer problems—escalating complex cases as needed.


Provide accurate, complete information using the right methods and tools.
Maintain Customer Records
Document interactions, update accounts, and file relevant documents.
Follow established procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistent service.


Build & Retain Customer Loyalty

Qualifications


Demonstrated experience in customer support or a client-facing role
Strong phone skills, active listening, and comfort with multiple communication channels

Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
