Job Description Summary

 

As a Resident Concierge for The Private Residences, you will be responsible for several tasks and the day-to-day needs of the Residents, their guests, their service providers and at times Hotel guests. Every day will provide new requests and challenges and the ability to adjust and manage multiple tasks is a must, as well as knowledge of the St. Louis area including directions, entertainment, and restaurants. A flexible schedule, administrative and organization skills, and a professional, good-natured demeanor are necessary. Most importantly, complete discretion and professionalism are a must.

 

Job Description

  • Key Job Functions 
    • Coordinating authorized entry into homes
    • Handle dry cleaning pick up and drop off 
    • Handle telephone requests and one-on-one interaction, reservations, delivery, arrange for car service, etc
    • Coordinate package receipt/acceptance into Active Building
    • Provide concise and accurate directions to residents, guests of residents or hotel guests
    • Develop a strong knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and services and the surrounding community
    •  Gather and compile in professional form, information regarding the hotel, hotel outlets, and area events for the monthly resident newsletter
    • Attend Monthly Staff Meetings
  • Deliver Passionate & Engaging Service to our Guests
    • You will be passionate and truly engaged in taking care of our guests,  recognizing individual guests, and anticipating their unique needs to exceed their expectations
    • You will consistently deliver our GUEST model:
      • G reet or welcome everyone, warmly with a smile
      • U se eye and ear contact and the guest’s name
      • E stablish/anticipate needs
      • S olve and own all requests/complaints
      • T hank everyone
  • Build a solid relationship with your Colleagues
    •  Treat colleagues with respect and dignity
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in different areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.

Pay Range

Pay Rate $18/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and job-specific experience/overall experience.
