Responsibilities
• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts according to established recipes.
• Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are adhered to while preparing and storing food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and kitchen area.
Experience
• Previous experience in bakery is a must .
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with various baking techniques and equipment used in the pastry kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy kitchen setting.
• A passion for creating delicious baked goods that enhance the dining experience for customers.
