Working Hours and Reporting for Duty

  • Assigned shift times are subject to change as demands change and short notice may be given.

Duties and Expectations

  • Respond to calls for assistance onsite or via remote access
  • Monitor SkiData for warnings and initiate corrective actions
  • Monitor Paystation Banknote containers and cash out as needed
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports as directed
  • LPI’s – all locations
  • Communications hub for snow patrol, and emergency action plan
  • Lost tickets for all SkiData locations
  • Video patrol for all SkiData locations
  • Monthly Dynacount FUR reports – all locations
  • Maintain activity logs
  • Enter comments for actions taken in Dynacount event log
  • Repair equipment as needed or contact vendor as needed
  • Notify Facility Manager of any situations that can not be resolved by Attendant, CC server problems, unable to connect to a facility, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements for Operations Call Center Attendant

  • Experience with SkiData equipment
  • Knowledge of Dynacount Systems
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Valid drivers license
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

Physical Demands but not Limited to

  • Sit for extended periods of time
  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Use hands to write reports and perform needed maintenance.
  • Hear the “average” customer in an average parking exit lane environment.
  • Speak and be heard by the “average” customer in the “average” exit lane environment
  • Climb stairs or run short distances
  • Lift or move up to 25 pounds
  • Bending, twisting, walking

Reporting and Documentation

 

  • Any situation which is a life threatening emergency should be reported immediately to 911. Anytime you call 911 you should immediately contact our security control center. You may ALWAYS contact our security control center if assistance is needed or required.
  • If you are unable to reach your supervisor you should try to reach their manager or follow the posted call list.
  • Report any equipment failures that you addressed and solved or that were reported and addressed by vendor.
  • Report any observed or suspected violations of company policy
  • Report any un-safe work practice or un-safe situation that you observe
  • Report any crime, vandalism or damage you observe
  • Ability to relay in writing any observed operational difficulties or situations and be able to provide suggestions for solutions.
  • Accountable for accurate performance of all assigned duties and ability to respond appropriately to changing situations.
