M&A and Strategy Intern (MBA) ID-1237

We are an APAC technology services platform based in Singapore, providing high-value consulting, implementation, and development services. We are jointly backed by SeaTown Private Capital, an indirect and wholly owned Temasek subsidiary, as well as founder Lim Yuan En, formerly a senior private equity executive.

Role:

We are looking for a driven, analytical MBA candidate with a strong desire to develop his/her M&A and strategy skillset. In a demanding and fast-paced role, the intern will work directly with Skyform’s CEO and senior investment professionals from the platform’s sponsors. He/she can expect to be immediately involved in multiple ongoing acquisitions as well as support strategic initiatives with an existing subsidiary.

Duration:

3 months. Options to work 4 or 5 days a week

Location:

Remote, except when in-person meetings are required

Key responsibilities:

  1. Acquisitions
  • Support end-to-end transaction workstreams from origination to DD to execution
  • Prepare discussion materials for deal meetings
  • Organise, attend, and document interactions with target management and bankers
  • Collaborate with SeaTown investment team on key analyses and M&A model(s)
