Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple clients in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
  • Handle executive assistant tasks, including marketing system management, website updates, third-party platform use, content creation, and social media management.
  • Ensure an outstanding client experience and seamless customer flow.
  • Prepare and deliver daily and weekly reports for clients.
  • Maintain precise time tracking and reporting.
