Seeking a motivated and energetic bartender for Hide Rooftop Bar & Lounge located at 24 John Street, New York, NY ( Hide Rooftop)

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following established recipes and our signature creations.

· Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and ensuring their needs are 
met.

· Monitor alcohol intake and prevent overindulgence, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of our patrons.

· Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar.

· Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate till.

· Provide suggestions and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and our menu offerings.

· Maintain a thorough knowledge of all our beverages, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing.

Requirements:

· Previous bartending experience is required.

· Knowledge of drink mixing techniques, garnishes, and presentation.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

· A friendly and outgoing personality.

· Must be of legal drinking age.

· Current responsible alcohol service certification (or the willingness to obtain it).

Schedule & Location:

Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Salary: Earning Expectations of $15-$35 per hour.
