**Role Overview**
In this role, you will manage responses to Associate concerns through open-door channels, ensuring timely and thorough investigations into workplace issues, including critical incidents. This includes managing Alertline cases, social media concerns, and domestic violence cases. You will also coach business unit leaders, help facilitate training sessions, and ensure compliance with HR policies, federal, state, and local laws. This position requires interaction with legal partners, cross-functional teams, and managing documentation of investigations.

**Salary & Benefits**
The salary range for this position is $66,800 to $98,350, based on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors. **Key Responsibilities**
– Conduct on-site or remote investigations related to associate relations issues.
– Ensure investigations comply with HR policies and legal requirements.
– Provide guidance to store management on disciplinary actions and corrective measures.
– Collaborate with legal teams to manage state and federal claims.
– Respond promptly to critical incidents, including cases involving suicidal associates or domestic violence.
– Conduct workshops and seminars on HR-related topics.

**Job Requirements**
– 3-5 years of HR or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
– Degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Physical and Work Environment Requirements**
